| National budget 2012 - increased transfers to Norfund |
Transfers to Norfund will increase to a total of MNOK 1050. At least half of this is to be used for renewable energy projects. Norfund continues to be a main instrument for the Government in their efforts to mobilize investors for the development of hydropower and other renewable energy sources in developing countries.
